1. Advance payment of $500.00 is required when making your reservation. Upon your arrival, this becomes your damage deposit and will be fully refunded to you within 14 days after departured, provided all rules and policies have been followed and no damage has occured to the home.
   
2. Full payment is due 30 days prior to to check-in. We accept personal check, cash, MasterCard and Visa. (*Note: 3% Charge for Credit Cards)
   
3. Cancellation or change in reservation requires a 45 Day notice. Failure to notify management will result in forfeiture of deposit. In case of hurricane or extreme weather condition, refund will be given if mandatory evacuation is in effect.
   
4. PETS - some homes are pet friendly with prior approval of management.
   
5. No smoking.
   
6. Telephone is furnished with a long distance block.
   
7. Parking is limited.
   No parking of campers, trailers, boats, RV's, etc. in the driveway (some homes do have a garage that can be used to store a jet ski).
   
8. No loud noise after 10:00 PM
   
9. Reservation is made for a specific home, but management reserves the right to change your home assignment.
   
10. No home will be rented to individuals under 25, nor groups of students. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeit of rent and fees.
11. My rental homes are family oriented, located within neighborhoods comprised of permanent residents and vacation homes. Renter named in this agreement will be responsible for insuring that both themselves and their guests adhere to the rules and regulations of the management company, HOA, City of Destin, and State of Florida. If rules or policies are not adhered, eviction and forfeiture of rent may occur.
12. Management nor Owner can be held responsible for any accident, loss, damage or injury, regardless of fault suffered by any renter, member of their party or guest which the renter has allowed access to the property regardless if said loss is a result directly or indirectly from acts of nature. Renter will release and hold harmless any and all parties involved with the rental management and the reservations of the property and to release and hold harmless its Owners or Owner's representative of the property for any loss or damage to personal property or any injury and/or death. Management nor Owner is responsible for personal items of the guest during or after departure.
